“Swinging Strings” – Opening of the Vlatos Jazz season 2023, Vlatos 4th June
On Sunday, 4th June, VLATOS JAZZ opens the cultural programme of the summer season with a powerful concert by Maria Manousaki, Giorgos Giorgadis, Apostolis Leventopoulos and Serra Bellos at the Vlatos Jazz Venue (the atmospheric old little church behind the Vlatos Museum).

Where: Vlatos Jazz, Epar.Od. Vlatos-Kameno Selinou, Vlatos (18 km south of Kissamos, on the road to Elafonisi.)

Swinging Strings with Maria Manousaki (vocals and violin), Apostolis Leventopoulos (guitar), Giorgos Giorgiadis (bass) and Serra Bellos (drums).
Having played hundreds of live concerts over the years, they have performed at literally every type of venue, from private parties, restaurants and clubs, hotels and convention events, to festivals, international tours and studio performances.
Their repertoire includes hundreds of Jazz standard tunes, a selection of pop songs and movie themes, in jazz and swing arrangements, which is the stylistic focus of the band.
