Citizens’ Service Centers (KEP)- extended hours of operation

On Monday, 6th September  2021, the Citizens’ Service Centers (KEP) started operating with extended hours.

The office hours are:

MONDAY to FRIDAY from 8.00 to 19.30
SATURDAY: 8.00 to 13.30

Services:

– the public service for all procedures can be done without prior appointment, or
– via appointments by telephone, or electronically (rantevou.kep.gov.gr).

– On Saturday ONLY with physical presence, without prior appointment

– Videoconferencing: via videoconferencing using the platform (MyKEPLive).

Entry to the K.E.P. is carried out in compliance with the protection measures and the maximum number of citizens allowed to be served at the same time, which will be displayed at the entrance.

I'm Austrian living in Tavronitis, love nature, music, good books, sunsets, the sea, travelling, socializing and more. I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike. When you are young everything is important and, there are lots of things to do...I did. Job, family,children, travelling the world. But I never lost my love for Crete for a minute. And nine years ago I ended up in this convenient corner of Crete, not only for holidays, but to stay and haven't regretted it for a minute.

    Hello Lydia,

    I too fell in love with Crete when I first visited ten years ago. I now live in Ano Vouves and enjoy living in this beautiful nature alongside my lovely neighbours who are kind and helpful. Enjoy your time in Kissamos a corner of Crete I’ve read a lot about abs would love to visit one day.
