Hiking and getting to know our area – Vavouledo Gorge /Palaia Roumata 11th May

The hiking activities of the Municipality of Platania continue.
Meeting time in Palaia Roumata: Sunday, May 11, at 17.00

The action “Hiking and Getting to Know Our Area”, organized by the Municipality of Platania, in cooperation with local bodies, continues with great success and participation.
The next hike will take place on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at 17:00, in Palaia Rumata. The participants will follow a circular route.
Level of difficulty: easy.
The hikers will also visit the Women’s Cooperative and the rich Folklore Museum of Palaia Roumata.

Light clothing, appropriate shoes and water are recommended. The hikers will be guided by representatives of the Local Community Agencies and will be escorted, as always, by the Kissamos Department of the Red Cross.
