The musical theatrical show “My Green Dress”, which was a great success of the summer tour throughout Crete, directed by Efis Theodorou and with an excellent group of actors returns with a 2nd cycle of performances, this time at the Mikis Theodorakis Theatre in Chania.

Three young women seek the beautiful view of an absurd world, scribbling verses in fifteen syllables.

Waiting for something magical to happen, they take the viewers on a journey of the unexpected, claiming their right to clash with social conventions, lose control and have fun, make mistakes and “pay” for them.

The stage becomes the space where, through music and songs, they exorcise anger for the inhuman everyday life, violence and injustice in all their forms, dead ends and frustrations, lost loves, and loneliness.

I'm Austrian living in Tavronitis, love nature, music, good books, sunsets, the sea, travelling, socializing and more. I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike. When you are young everything is important and, there are lots of things to do...I did. Job, family, children, travelling the world. But I never lost my love for Crete for a minute. And nine years ago I ended up in this convenient corner of Crete, not only for holidays, but to stay and haven't regretted it for a minute.
