Wine Festival in Vouves – 11th and 12th August
The Cultural Association of Vouves invites you to their traditional Wine Festival on
11th and 12th August in the courtyard of the Primary School in Kato Vouves.
Friday, 11th August 21.00: music by the Cretan band of Nikos Zoidakis, with traditional dances of the “Antamoma” folklore dance club.
Saturday, 12th August 21.00: music by the folk music group of Yiannis Konitopoulos with the participation of the “Pelasgoi” dance club.
Entrance: €6. Children up to 12 years free
This event is dedicated to the village’s centuries-old tradition in viticulture and to the wine, famous for its excellent quality, which is offered free of charge to the visitors.
