Voluntary Beach Cleaning – Maleme 21st February

The first of a series of voluntary cleanings at Maleme Beach. Volunteers, however, are expected to keep to the regulations and not to crowd in groups.
WHEN: 21st February 11.00
WHERE: Starting point is the western end of Maleme Beach at the FC Platanias Team footballstadium.

Coming from Kolymbari / Tavronitis you pass the Maleme Airport and just before the Cretan Princess Hotel turn left ( there is a sign “Beach”).

This beach clean is organised by the Green Team of DEDISA (you may remember the joined forces beach cleaning at Sfouggares beach, near Afrata in May  and September 2019).
