New Entry Protocol at Kissamos Town Hall to prevent the spread of Covid-19

The Municipality of Kissamos informs the citizens that based on the Joint Ministerial Decision No. ΔΙα / ΓΠ.οικ. 34781 / 2020FEK 2168 / Β / 4-6-2020 “Rules for keeping distance in private companies, public services and other gathering places of the public in the whole Territory, to limit the spread of COVID-19 disease” and no. ΔΙΔΑΔ / Φ.69 / 128 / 17765-2 / 10/2020, from Tuesday 3 November 2020, services of the Municipality will be preferably done through  scheduled appointments in case the personal presence of a citizen is necessary.

 

In order to protect the health of the public, the citizens’ contact details (name, telephone) are recorded and their temperature is taken, so as to be informed in case of need.

 

The services of the municipality are available as follows:

1.Regarding the cashier services, the citizens are required to observe the order of priority outside the town hall and the provided safety distance. Masks are mandatory.

There is also the possibility of electronic payment of bills, through the e-banking system.

2.For the KEP services of the Municipality of Kissamos you have to make an appointment:

3.Regarding the issue of certificates from the Municipal Register you can contact the service directly at 2822340224 (Ms. Pimpli Eleni and Ms. Hamourikou Paraskevi) and apply by phone.

You can also get certificates,e.g. birth certificates, etc.from the website of the Ministry of Interior gov.gr, with the taxisnet codes.

4.As for registrations of events where the personal presence of the interested party is required, the meeting with the competent employee will take place by appointment,

5.For the submission of requests it is recommended to submit them via the e-mail to the email of the Municipality dkisamou@gmail.com or in person after an appointment with the competent employee at tel. 2822340223 (Mrs. Damanaki Chryssa).

6.Regarding the Office of Licensing and Regulation of Commercial Activities, you can contact Ms. Dimanopoulou Eleftheria at tel. 2822340225.

7.For all other services, administrative staff, financial department, for receipt of certificates, for appointments, etc., you can contact the Mayor’s Secretary, tel. 2822340200 (Ms. Marakaki Vicky) and you will be contacted in order to be served either by phone or to book a personal meeting.

 

In any case, for any issue or problem that arises, the municipality is at the disposal of all citizens.
