Spanish trio Oscar Antoli at Vlatos Jazz

Inspired by the history and cultures of the Mediterranean, the trio plays original compositions aiming to rebuild a lost bridge between the music of its eastern and western coasts. Hailing from across Europe and from a wide range of musical backgrounds, the musicians of the ensemble create a combined sound to conjure up images and recollections of people, lives and worlds far away. With the soaring strains of the clarinets at its core, the music is melancholic and euphoric in turn, eliciting both the tapping of toes and the stirring of souls.
