Poetry: Roger McGough – Vamos 8th June

Britain’s best-known poet gives an early evening reading in Vamos!

Poet, playwright, broadcaster, and children’s author, Roger McGough has published more than 50 books of adult and children’s poetry, and became famous as a member of the Scaffold comedy and music group. Most of you will need no introduction to the man who Carol-Ann Duffy called “the patron saint of poetry”.
WHEN: 8th June, doors will open at 6pm and the reading will begin at 6.30.
