Cultural Festival Kissamos – programme of events 10th – 19th August

Traditional Cretan products, local quality producers exhibiting their products to the public, thus presenting the tradition, taste and uniqueness of Cretan products. Artists, cooperatives, producers, cultural associations and municipalities participate in the Festival.
Also the voluntary team “Kissamos Beach Cleaning” is taking part (See programme for 11th August).

WHEN: 10th – 19th August daily from 18.00 – 11.30.

WHERE: Kissamos Beach next to the Municipal Park in Kissamos

Friday, August 10, at 8:30 pm at Kissamos Beach.
♣ Festival opening  at 8.30 pm
♣ Blessing.
♣ Mayor’s speech.
♣ Music and dancing night: Mylonakis Georgos and band and Traditional Dancing Club “Viglatores”

Saturday, August 11, at 9.00pm at Kissamos Beach.
• Sea turtles and clean seas
• Presentation with videos and photos,  Trash Art Installations, games for young and old.
