Theatre: “WHEN HE WAS HAPPY” 2nd – 4th November 2017

The Friends of  the Theater Society of Chania present the play based on  Polychronis Koutsakis’s book “When He Was Happy”. It is about the life and work of Eleftherios Venizelos, the death of his first wife, without missing the real facts and the historical  background. Polychronis Koutsakis is a writer from Chania.

WHEN: 2nd – 4th November, 21.15

The writer, awarded in Greece and abroad, with a unique knowledge of history and a vast research background, fully understands Venizelos’ political and human personality and chooses a specific moment of his life to tell us how he has transformed himself into a legend. It captures at this moment a deeply moving theatrical scene.
