Since 1992 World Wide Association for the Promotion of Breastfeeding, the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF have been celebrating the World Breastfeeding Week on August 1-7.
In this celebration we are participating for the eighth consecutive year, mothers from different cities in Greece, members of our Network teams, with the aim of promoting, supporting, informing, encouraging and exchanging information on breastfeeding, not just as words in a brochure or in a speech, but practically as a picture and presence “from mother to mother”. At the same time, we will share information material, talks will be held and we will get to know each other!
We are expecting you this year, mothers who are breastfeeding, mothers to be, with cavities or thinking about cavities, mothers who are breastfeeding, spouses and other friends and relatives, come and celebrate !!!
Although breastfeeding is free and does not obey hours, babies who want to breastfeed around 12.00 will be counted in the Pan-Hellenic Simultaneous Breastfeeding that will be done at the same time in all cities!
