2 day yoga retreat @ Milia
The weekend of March 19-20 will see a repeat wellness weekend for all those who wish to enjoy the yogic lifestyle for peace, rejuvenation and wellness. Come experience an internal detoxification and relaxation experience at Eco Village ‘Milia’ in Kissamos with yoga 2 times a day and meals with fresh local products in a blissful setting!

All rooms have a wood stove or fireplace, some have additional heating. Note that there is no connection with the technology (only in the dining room there is internet connection and sockets for charging mobile), but there will be a seamless connection with our inner sanctum. The lighting in the rooms is made with photovoltaic modules and is permanently hot water. The architecture is in traditional Cretan style. The food is made with fresh local products. The landscape is idyllic and ideal for walking and exploring. Anyone who wants peace and relaxation have found the right place! Whoever wishes cosmopolitan life, certainly will not find it here.
Price for one night 32 € / person with breakfast in double (price only for our group). Anyone who wants extra night Friday or Sunday (no yoga classes), can declare.
Lunch individual menus from 12-15 € / person.
Yoga lesson in an indoor room: 5 € / lesson (duration time 1misi, hatha style for all levels, gentle vinyasa flow for all levels, guided meditation).
The transportation is your responsibility. Whoever wishes puts IX and share transport costs!
