Artist: Maria Airam (Μαρία Άιραμ), Chania-born artist, known for blending emotional, personal experiences with collective memory.

Theme:
The exhibition explores human relationships with time, memory, love, absence, and personal journeys. It is structured around the philosophy that art highlights invisible “places” in the human soul that maps cannot trace. It bridges different creative periods of the artist’s lifelong journey, framing art as a tool to rescue a glance, a memory, or a voice from the passage of time.

POETIC GUIDED TOURS
Every Sunday evening between 18:00 and 21:00, the creator Maria Airam hosts a unique, experimental poetic guided tour through the exhibition space, giving visitors an intimate look into the personal and collective stories behind her art

Lydia

I'm Austrian living in Tavronitis, love nature, music, good books, sunsets, the sea, travelling, socializing and more. I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike. When you are young everything is important and, there are lots of things to do...I did. Job, family, children, travelling the world. But I never lost my love for Crete for a minute. And nine years ago I ended up in this convenient corner of Crete, not only for holidays, but to stay and haven't regretted it for a minute.
