Next hiking activity: SPILIA 31st March

The hiking activities organised by the Municipality Platanias in cooperation with local  organizations continue:
The next hike will take place on SUNDAY, 31st MARCH in SPILIA.
Meeting time 4:00 pm and departure 4:15 pm from the Cultural Centre (opposite the PLATANIA Restaurant (Τα Πλατάνια Της Σπηλιάς).
Everyone is welcome!

The hike will be a circular one – passing  the cave of Saint John in Marathokefala, with the fantastic views of the Gulf of Chania.
The walk continues on the ridge and descends back to the village. 

It will be a 5 kilometer route, of mild difficulty.
You will pass Byzantine churches, geological phenomena and more.
 Co-organization: The Local Council,  the Women’s Association and Cultural Association of Spilia.

 And, as always, members of the Kissamos Red Cross will accompaqny us.
Wear appropriate clothing.and take enough water with you.
