Let’s go for wild greens in GLOSSA 23rd and 24th March

Programme in collaboration with the Local Council and the Cultural Association of Glossa:

Saturday, 23rd March, at 11.00
Meeting point: Elementary School in Glossa. (Shortly after Voukoulies take the turnoff signposted ‘GLOSSA’ when coming from Tavronitis)
Two hours’ walk foraging for and picking wild greens (άγρια χόρτα).
Returning from the ‘horta’ walk the participants will be offered a treat.

Sunday, 24th March, at 12.00
The local women will show you how to prepare delicious ‘horta’ dishes.
Join in preparing the horta dishes and then, of course, they will be tasted!

Those of you who wish can also join the 5 km hike at 12.00, and can then, on returning after about 2 hours, taste the wild vegetable dishes.
AND THERE WILL BE MUSIC!
