Certificates for those vaccinated abroad

The Deputy Minister of Digital Governance Giorgos Georgandas announced last Tuesday  that people  vaccinated against Covid-19 abroad or  having a certificate of recovery from the disease issued abroad, will be able to acquire a certificate in Greece in the next few days,

Giorgos Georgandas said the certificates will be issued via  application on the gov.gr platform, which will also allow people who have completed the initial round of vaccination abroad to book an appointment for a booster shot in Greece.

He also said that the ’emvolio platform’  (vaccination platform) will open for booster shots for the general population on Friday, 18th November. Booster shots are recommended six months after the completion of the initial vaccination.
