Online Christmas concert – Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra 20th December

This year the Christmas concert of the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra (TSSO) takes you to the wonderful world of baroque music, through compositions by A. Vivaldi and  Georg Friedrich Haendel.

The preparation and realization of these concerts is done with the special permission of the General Secretariat of Civil Protection and with strict observance of all the rules of hygiene, cleaning and disinfection in the event space, while all participants undergo a Covid-19 test before the start of rehearsals.

I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike. When you are young everything is important and, there are lots of things to do...I did. Job, family,children, travelling the world. But I never lost my love for Crete for a minute.
