The pastry chef Themos Rigas comes to Carte Postale on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July for an unforgettable two-day breathtaking taste! Sweet and savory delights that will take you on a journey, with the views of Chania as a backdrop.

Themos, a specialist pastry chef, spent the first 4 years of his career at the Spondi restaurant, awarded with 2 Michelin stars. For several years, he was a student and collaborator of Chef Patissier Dimitris Chronopoulos, who last year enchanted the people of Chania at Carte Postale with his unique creations.

He has attended bakery and confectionery seminars in Greece and abroad, while he has worked in restaurants awarded with a golden hat. He has been cooking on a daily show for the last 8 years on KRITI TV on the show of Ioanna Maleskou.

He imparts his knowledge to future pastry chefs by teaching in schools and is constantly in search of new trends and tastes.
