Kayak in Falasarna bay to WWII shipwreck

An easy kayak excursion in Falasarna bay, out to explore crystal clear waters, offshore islands and a snorkel on a shallow WWII shipwreck.

We’ll take our stable sit-on-top kayaks and paddle in the clear waters to the reef enclosing Falasarna bay. We’ll have a look around the Northern cape with the cliff sanctuary, views towards Balos and Gramvousa.

Then we will find the sunken wreck of a WWII ship in very shallow waters, and explore it with snorkels and masks.
This kayak excursion is suited to beginners. We will paddle leisurely for about 1-2 hours, plus snorkelling time.

Saturday 20th June, 10am. Meet in Kissamos.
You can take the bus from Chania and we will pick you up from the bus stop.
The excursion is 35€/person, including kayak, PFD, guide, snorkelling gear.
