Musical “Love me do” – Chania 6th and 7th July

The “Love me do” musical theatrical adaptation of Beatles’ songs will be presented on Saturday and Sunday 6 and 7 July, 20.00 and 22.00,  at the Venizelos Conservatory of Chania, by the  Choir of the Municipality of Chania.

Free entrance with a voluntary contribution box.

Yorgos Kaloutsis:”  The adaptation of the Beatles songs for choir was not an easy job! But, as it is the case with transferring an idea, something is lost on the one hand, but on the other hand something is gained! The profit here is moral-pedagogical: by editing these songs I brought them close to the children with the valuable experience for them to sing and feel a bit like Beatles re-creators! The experience of writing, as well as the portrayal of the Teenage Choir, was a source of great joy for me. ”
