Θα σας ενημερώσουμε εγκαίρως πού ακριβώς θα συναντηθούμε στις 5 Μαΐου.
We are a team of  volunteers, residents of Kissamos, who love nature and want to see our beaches cleaner. We don’t just say it. We make it happen! The team covers all beaches in Kissamos bay, from Viglia to Nopigia, and often ventures also beyond, to Kolymbari and Tavronitis. We also co-operate with the Municipality.

The beach cleaning is also a chance to have a look around, check out sea turtle tracks, birds, river estuaries, driftwood, shells, pebbles, and all the nice natural things that the shores have to offer.

I'm Austrian living in Tavronitis, love nature, music, good books, sunsets, the sea, travelling, socializing and more. I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike. When you are young everything is important and, there are lots of things to do...I did. Job, family, children, travelling the world. But I never lost my love for Crete for a minute. And seven years ago I ended up in this convenient corner of Crete, not only for holidays, but to stay and haven't regretted it for a minute.
