News from Beach Cleaning 22nd July – Kolimbari New Harbour

Another Beach Cleaning  at the remote,  rocky beach between the new harbour and the monastery in Kolymbari, a shady and breezy place last Sunday in the late afternoon!

12 people, 1 hour, 20 bags of plastics, plastic items washed ashore.

It is always a nice social gathering for a good purpose, with a drink and a chat afterwards.

Everyone is welcome to join in!

Usually on the first Saturday of a month  at 9 a.m. and third Sunday in the evening at 6 p.m.
Beaches and / or meeting places will be announced on the website and the kissamosnews facebook site .

We will also be present at the KISSAMOS CULTURAL FAIR  from 10th – 19th of August, with lots of information,  but also with  Trash Art objects, the artistic side of our activities! Watch this space, more information will follow soon.
