About the artist:
Renata Kusik – Plonka was born in Skawina, Poland. She studied at the Public School of Fine Arts in Krakow and in 1993 she began her studies in film animation. She has worked in many productions for both the Polish film industry and German and Italian productions.
She has also designed cartoons for the well-known British cartoon series with the stories of Mr Bean and the American feature film “The Easter Eggs Adventure”.
In the advertising industry one of her collaborations was with the French company Danone.
However, as she says, painting oil painting is her passion.
In her latest exhibition at the Cultural Center of Krakow, entitled “Travel and Colors”, the region of Chania dominated the themes (Chania News
