Join my free yoga classes in Kissamos between 19/6 and 25/6.
It’s for everybody living in Kissamos!!! I will stay for one week in Kissamos and will offer some free yoga classes in English in the mornings and evenings.

Explore the fundamental yoga postures and breathing techniques that are offered in most yoga classes. Connect with the earth as you move with the ocean, letting the bright light of the sun shine into your heart. Through yoga we can tap into this potent solar energy to restore balance between feeling grounded yet expansive, dreamy yet called to action.
