Workshop “The Secrets of Making Bread” Douliana 7th May

If you don’t have a Sunday evening programme yet, why not join the bread making workshop in Douliana?
Sunday, May 7th, 6pm  in Douliana, Apokoronas, at the Hall of the Cultural Association.

Malamos Mylogiannakis from the shop FLASKI in Chania  will share the secrets of bread making with natural  yeast.

This is a practical course teaching how to  knead and prepare real bread with natural yeast.
Participants must bring a  jar to keep their dough.

I'm Austrian living in Tavronitis, love nature, music, good books, sunsets, the sea, travelling, socializing and more. I came to Crete as a student in the early 70s, exploring the west and southwest of the island with friends by motorbike.
