Independence Day Celebrations in Kissamos

March 25th is a national holiday in Greece, celebrating the Greek war of Independence.

In Kissamos there will be a parade, which usually takes place along Skalidi street.

Many restaurants & tavernas will be open and there are various live music events happening as well.
