This Alignment workshop is a call to give yourself the space and time to stop, pause and to reconnect with your body, emotions, innocence, imagination and intuition – in order to find clarity for your life, creativity and healing.

Edward combines movement, meditation, sound, music, dancing, shamanism, art, writing and bioenergetic processes to create a loving and safe environment, in which people feel comfortable to open up, express their hidden impulses, follow the voice of their heart, connect with their creative self and express their inner truth, beauty and wisdom.
