Hospitality guesthouse coming to life again – signing of contract for renovation of the guesthouse DIKTYNA in Kolymbari – Municipality Platanias

DIKTYNA renovationThe hospitality guesthouse of the Municipality of Platanias in Kolymbari is coming to life again!

This project comprises renovation and upgrade of the building, replacement of the electrical installations, cooling/heating system, energy upgrade, construction works, carpentry works, painting, space configurations, etc. (budget € 790,000.00 (with revision and VAT).
The signing of the contract took place last week, at the offices of the Technical Service of the Municipality of Platanias in Alikianos, with the Mayor of Platanias, Mr. Ioannis Malandrakis and the representative of the contractor  Stochos Techniki LTD.
