16th July beach clean-up in Falassarna

Another successful joined forces beach clean-up, today at Kolimpito Beach in Falassarna:
organized by the Anaskela Family,whose kids joined,too,  with Spiros from the the Green Team of Dedisa (Recycling &Waste Management Company) and members of our Clean Beaches Kissamos Team.
The local owner of the Kolimpito  Kantina offered us water, coffee and orange juice. He was overwhelmed by what we do and some of us had an interesting conversation with him.

Anaskela is a so-called up-cycling company  creating new products from recycled materials, in this case plastic bottles.

Thanks to the Anaskela Team for organizing this beach clean-up, thanks to DEDISA for supplying bags and gloves!
