Other bus services
Timetables for the other Urban KTEL bus services can be found on the Chania Bus website here: https://chaniabus.gr/archives/1672
A menu page with links to detailed timetables for each urban route can be found here: https://chaniabus.gr/en/itineraries-2
Lost property
Those who have lost items on the urban buses are directed to the number 28210 27044. This appears to be the company’s general enquiry number and judging by the level of English among staff at the KTEL bus station, they should be able to field enquiries in English.
Useful apps
The Chania urban bus app (Αστικές Συγκοινωνίες Χανίων) allows one to plan routes and purchase tickets online and can be downloaded from the Google and Apple stores. Download links for both sites are on the homepage of the Chaniabus.gr website.
For those who need to park in Chania and cannot park at the peripheral car parks, the Ipark Chania app allows one to book and pay for parking at any of the controlled parking space in the city area, including the municipal car parks.
Download links for the Gooogle and Apple stores can be found on the municipality’s website at:
https://www.chania.gr/ta-chania-mou/parkchania/i-parkchania/i-parkapp
(The same page has a video in both Greek and English explaining how the app works.)
