Wood: a precious material in construction.
The implementation of the structures; Hazards – Protection

During the presentations will be development of the structure and properties of wood. The ability of the wood will be developed to carry loads as compound welded products. Reference will be made in new materials and methods of their use in various applications.
the risks that the wood will occur during use, but also the protection features.
Finally, the legislation will need to know the engineers for proper use of wood and wood construction will be reported (frames, floors, roofs, etc.).

Mr. Ntalos, Forester AUTH, PhD in Technology of Wood, is Professor of Design and Technology Department of Wood – Furniture, TEI and representative of Greece to the European Union on timber issues.
In the well-equipped Quality Control Products Laboratory Wood – Furniture & woodwork directing develops beyond the educational work, research & Planners work with Business private timber industry – furniture and other bodies in cooperation with the Education and Research Committee of Thessaly TEI or the Centre technological Research (IPR) of Thessaly.
